OVERVIEW
This article details instructions about how to create a new module in Lighthouse
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Log in to your Lighthouse instance.
2. In the top menu bar, select the ‘System Administration’.
3. Under ‘System Administration’, locate ‘System Settings’ and select ‘License and Modules’.
4. On the right hand side of the page, locate the “Add Module” button, click on it and select “Create Module“.
**Please note that only Custom Form Creators will have the ability to create new modules.
5. After clicking “Create Module“, you will be taken to the new module settings page. In this section you will chose the name of the module, the processing team, if it is active etc.
6. The first three naming sections will be the same name (About Lighthouse)
However in plural, you will and an ‘S’ to the end off the name to make it the plural of its singular form (About Lighthouses)
- Under Module Configuration and Processing Team, select the group you would like.
- Under Return Button Visibility and Reallocate Button Visibility you can select where in the form you would like the RETURN and REALLOCATE button to be allocated. You can have it in menu and control tray, the control tray, menu, or hidden (*hidden: meaning it will not be an option)
- Document Generation allows you to create a document using merge fields. For more information on merge fields, speak to you system administrators.
- **Config mode does not allow you to change field types
- At the bottom of the form, select if you would like your form to be ACTIVE or DISABLED. This means if it is abled to be completed by users.
7. Once you have completed all of the settings you require. Click Save at the top of the page.
