Notifications in a Module

OVERVIEW

This article details instructions about how to add Notifications to a module.
If you have not set up a Notification Template yet, please follow this link to the Notification Templates in a Module user guide

INSTRUCTIONS

1. After the notification template has been made, navigate across to the “Notifications” tab, and click on the “+” to create the notification.

2. Select the event (the trigger of the notification), if it is “allocated” the user the form is allocated to after submission will be notified.

3. Select the template you would like to use, and click save.

4. To add the the recipients to notify, click on the arrow, the “+” button and select the group from the Role Dropdown.
If you would like to set up a specific Role, you can do this by setting up an authority. For more information on how to set up an authority, click here.

If you would like to send an email to a group without it needing to be triggered, you can click on the envelope and it will send the email straight away.
